Complaints Handling Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received from Commercial Insight Ltd, in the first instance, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the specific matter with you. We take complaints seriously and will seek to address your concerns, exploring if we can help resolve the matter amicably. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we operate a complaints log to monitor any patterns or trends. If a potential short fall is identified, we will act to implement improvements to our practises and procedures.
